1. Legal Compliance & Acceptable Use

Qnibot software is designed solely to help users automate legitimate and routine social media management tasks — such as scheduling posts, managing multiple accounts, collecting analytics, and improving engagement — with the goal of saving time and reducing manual workload. We strictly prohibit the use of our Software for any actions that violate the Terms of Service, policies, or community standards of third-party platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter (X), or others.

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or repetitive automated content;
• Artificially manipulate engagement metrics (e.g., views, likes, followers, comments);
• Create or manage fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts;
• Circumvent verification systems, restrictions, or security mechanisms of social networks;
• Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt third-party platforms, users, or data integrity.

If Qnibot detects or receives credible reports of a violation of this section, Qnibot may immediately suspend or permanently revoke the user’s license without prior notice or refund.

2. License Scope

Each provided license key can be used to run the Software on two (2) PCs simultaneously. To operate the Software on additional devices, you must purchase additional license keys.

3. License Transfer

You may transfer the Software to another machine by following these steps: Exit the software, log in to your account on our website, and click RESET LICENSE. Each license may be reset once every three (3) days.

4. License Resale or Transfer

License keys are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, shared, or assigned to another person or entity in any form.

5. Refund Policy

We provide trial versions for users to test the Software before purchasing. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable. If the Software fails to perform as described, please contact our support team and provide logs or screenshots so that we can resolve the issue.

6. User Responsibilities

• Do not use the Software for any illegal, abusive, or unethical activities.
• You are fully responsible for the outcomes of using the Software.
• The Software is an automation tool — it does not guarantee any specific result.
• Cracking, modifying, or redistributing the Software is strictly prohibited.

7. Qnibot’s Responsibilities

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain, update, and improve the Software for stable operation. However, Qnibot is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, or others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qnibot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses or accounts at any time without notice if these Terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and general legal principles.
