1. How many Telegram accounts can be managed by this bot?
2. How many Telegram members can be added per group?

2. It depends on the number of Telegram you use, Telegram limits how many users one person or one account can add per day to prevent spam (usually up to 50 users/day per account). The more Telegram you use, the more members you can add.
